There is an online FAQ which contains the solution to this problem. Basically, you'll need to look in your computer for .pra files. Try to rename the files used and then restart the server.
rename the file windows.pra to windowscorrupted.pra.
rename the file windows2.pra to windows.pra
If you still encounter errors, rename the file MMDDYYYY.pra to windows.pra where MMDDYYYY is month-date-year.
Getting some problem with print monitoring from few PCs (where client is installed). The server software shows that print command was sent and adds amount in the bill but from few PCs it can't detect to add it to the bill. Even from same PCs which detects the print monitoring sometimes it cannot show the command of print. The 2nd problem is that on some PCS the background has changed when I set the background from software, but in some PCs the default background is the same. Can you provide information?

The problem with printers is that the services might be stuck on the PCs where you can't communicate. Go to each PC and access the services menu using Start > Run > services.msc. Locate the Print Spooler in the list and right click then Restart. Do the same on the PCs where you have issues. For the second problem, make sure that the server can communicate with the clients and then change the background from the server. To properly set up the servers, access the official help page.
